Avionics Systems Engineer (Team Leader)
SII Deutschland GmbH (Consulting to Airbus Group)
Starting the role as a Systems Engineer, I obtained my certificate to become a Professional Scrum Master™ and progressed onto becoming the Technical Team Leader and then onto the main Team Leader. In this role I was responsible for team activities contributing to the completion and fulfilment of the Avionic System Integration work package (Core) held between Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH and SII Deutschland GmbH.
Working with the Formal Qualification Test Team for Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH of Donauwörth, I enjoyed qualifying verisons of avionic softwares for flight, gaining industry experience and creating industry connections.
Throughout my time at West London Aero Club, I gained several skills and my Radio Operators Certificate of Competence (CAA) allowing me to control Waltham's Air Traffic Zone during stressful Pan-Pan and Mayday situations. I also assisted in day-to-day operations, maintaining documents and received several flights from members of the club.
Beginning as a labourer, I erected fences and sorted stock on a part time basis. Around a year later I was promoted to Sales Advisor and Labour, increasing my duties by adding customer service, such as selling to clients and calculating project prices.

Experience Structural Engineer at Airbus Helicopters (Former Team Leader at SII Deutschland GmbH)
Jak is known to me through the team I led for the work package of the [redacted] project at Airbus Helicopters. Based on my experience, I can say that Jak was a key player in the that team because he is fast learner and smart engineer. In addition, he has wide avionics knowledge and he is easily able to move from one activity to another. In addition, he demonstrated good skills when satisfying the customer and he’s always able to find a good compromise in critical situations. Finally, his english humour, brought many good moods to the team. For all this reasons, I consider him a remarkable and resourceful individual, with great potential to be applied in even demanding roles of the Aerospace Industry.
